Name, company, phone, e-mail, invoicing details; project files and reference images uploaded in the client portal.
Purposes
- Handling orders, payments and invoicing
- Providing the project tracking portal and managing revisions
- Fulfilling legal obligations (tax, accounting)
- Campaign and newsletter communications if you consent
Transfers and retention
Project files are stored on encrypted servers and not shared with third parties; payments are made through a licensed payment institution and card data is not kept in our systems. Invoice data is kept for the statutory period; project files are deleted after 90 days.
