Which file formats do you accept?
DWG, PDF, Revit (RVT), ArchiCAD (PLN), SketchUp (SKP), Rhino (3DM), IFC and 3ds Max (MAX). If you only have a hand sketch we also offer modelling.
What is the delivery time?
Standard is 7 working days, fast 3 and rush 1. The price estimator shows the estimated time according to the number of images.
How many revisions do I get?
All packages include 2 revisions per image. An extra revision is ₺750. A layout change is a new order.
Can I use the images in print?
Yes. All deliveries carry a commercial-use licence. Choose 8K delivery for billboards and large prints.
How does payment work?
Package orders are paid in full online by card or bank transfer. For quoted projects 50% is paid in advance and the balance on delivery.
How do I log in to the client portal?
After ordering, a login link is sent to your e-mail. In the portal you can upload files, view drafts and leave revision notes.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. On request we sign a project-specific NDA and store files on an encrypted server.
Do you serve overseas clients?
Yes. With an English and Arabic portal interface and euro and dollar invoicing we serve clients in the Gulf and Europe.
