Shopping Mall Opening Animation

Prepared for investor and tenant presentations, the animation explains visitor flow from bird's-eye and pedestrian perspectives. People and vehicle traffic were simulated at realistic scale.

Detail

Tenant zones on the floor plan were colour-coded and integrated into the animation; motion graphics layers were added in a separate edit.

Result

It became the standard presentation in anchor-tenant meetings; leasing reached 74% six months before opening.
