A 90-second cinematic animation presenting a 1,100-home project.
Starting with drone shots, the animation continues through the social facilities, playground and show-apartment interiors. A day cycle moves from morning to night within 90 seconds.
Production
Script and storyboard took 6 days and rendering 14 days. 2,250 frames were produced in 4K. Music came from a royalty-free studio library; the voice-over was recorded by a professional voice artist.
Use
The animation was shown on the video wall in the sales office and published on YouTube and Instagram Reels in a vertical cut.
