Loft Apartment Interior Set
Living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom renders for a show-flat design.
Before building a show flat in the sales office, photorealistic images of four spaces sped up the decision process. Concrete ceiling, timber floor and metal details were built from real material scan data.
Lighting
Natural light scenarios were noon and dusk; for artificial light two alternatives, 2700 K and 3500 K, were offered.
Result
The client chose renders plus VR instead of a physical show flat and saved about ₺1.4 million.
