A real-time VR tour for three apartment types with furniture and floor options changing instantly.
Two VR headsets and a kiosk were installed in the sales office. Buyers can open doors and walk into the living room, switching between oak parquet and ceramic flooring with one click.

Real-time rendering in Unreal Engine targeting 90 FPS. Forty-five material alternatives were prepared for each apartment type.
Result
Sales consultants using VR lengthened the average meeting from 22 to 38 minutes, and conversion rose 18%.
