Boutique Hotel Room Types
Renders of five room types and the lobby of a hotel in Bodrum used in the investor presentation.
Before the investor presentation, images were prepared for the hotel's standard, deluxe, suite, pool and family room types. Fabric and furniture options were matched to material boards.
Detail
Each room type was shown with two cameras in morning and evening light; bathroom and terrace details were rendered separately.
Result
After the presentation the investor approved enlarging rooms by 25 m² each; revisions were made and the whole process tracked in the portal.
